If I place 2 different orders will I have to pay twice for delivery? 

Yes - as long as the billing and delivery address' match, they will be combined and the extra delivery charge will be refunded. There is however a 4-print maximum per tube, so combining more prints will not be possible, so the orders will be kept seperate.

Where is my order shipped from?

All prints are packed and shipped by myself directly from the UK.

Will I be charged any additional fees such as import duties?

Please be aware import duties may be applied to your order depending on your delivery location, however every attempt has been made to ensure that all duties and taxes are paid for before shipping.

Can I cancel or return my item?

All sales are final, I do not accept cancellations or returns on orders due to the collectible nature of the products sold on this store.

Will I receive shipping updates on my order?

Yes! I will send out a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number once your order has shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times may vary. I aim to ship your order within 10 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product listing. Delivery is usually with 4 working days of shipment however this may take longer due to reasons outside of my control.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item has arrived damaged and you are in need of a replacement please contact me within 10 working days of delivery.

What do I do if my tracking says “delivered” but I have not received my order?

Please check the status of your item via your tracking code first. If it indicates your order has been delivered but you do not have it in hand please check in with any neighbours of an allocated safe space. If this proves unsuccessful, please contact me immediately and I will resolve your issue.

Are AP products officially licensed merchandise?

Yes! Releases are officially licensed AP's when stated in the product description. I am not affiliated with any releases outside of this store. 

Can I purchase more than one of the same print?

Items are strictly limited to one copy per person in an attempt to eliminate aftermarket reselling and to give everyone a fair chance at securing a limited release. Orders will be automatically canceled if you purchase more than one copy and the quantity of the item will be adjusted. Items currently in stock can be purchased more than once.

If an item has sold out, will it be reprinted?

Due to the collectible nature of these releases, all products are limited edition will not be reprinted.
